The chief executive of Airbus Guillaume Faury has issued a stark warning about the potential consequences of the ongoing trade war between the United States and Europe. Speaking at a recent conference, Faury stated that the new tariffs imposed by the Trump administration will create an environment that could become detrimental to both sides of the Atlantic. The trade situation could potentially worsen before any resolutions come to light

Faury specifically highlighted that the incoming tariffs, which could reach up to 25 per cent on various imports, would strain the aerospace sector, historically known for its intricate supply chains.
