Alliance Entertainment ‘ready for the next chapter’ as it prepares for stock exchange listing

Alliance Entertainment Chairman Bruce Ogilvie and CEO Jeff Walker joined Proactive’s Stephen Gunnion with details of the company’s recent business combination with Adara Acquisition Corp, which paves the way for a stock exchange listing.

Becoming a public company will give Alliance Entertainment the ability to raise capital to fund future acquisitions and strengthen its balance sheet, Ogilvie told Proactive.

“We’ve been focused on growing our business for over 30 years,” Walker added. “We have a great platform with an exceptional team of people and exceptional warehouse systems … so we’re really ready for the next chapter of our business life as a public company.”
