Emperor Energy Ltd (ASX:EMP) director Carl Dumbrell is back with Proactive to discuss a strongly supported capital raise. The $1.12 million placement was backed by new and existing sophisticated and professional shareholders, who subscribed for 35 million shares at 3.2 cents apiece. EMP will use the cash injection to strengthen its balance sheet and establish a funding runway to support its exploration activities.
