First Property CEO says Covid disruption ‘far worse’ than financial crisis

Having lived through a ‘challenging’ year, the founder and CEO of AIM-listed First Property Group, Ben Habib, says there is no certainty that a recovery will be seen in the current fiscal year. That being said, the board’s decision to cancel the dividend payment was accompanied by a promise to reinstate it when appropriate.
