GreenBank Capital sees increased Staminier stake as a big positive for the company and shareholders

GreenBank Capital CEO Terry Pullen joined Proactive’s Stephen Gunnion to discuss the company’s acquisition of an additional 29.5% stake in Staminier Ltd after Staminier’s shareholders gave notice that they wished to exercise a 2020 put option.

GreenBank also agreed to acquire a loan of £4.975 million made to Staminier.

Taking its Staminier shareholding to 48.5% is a big positive for GreenBank as the two companies build relationships with existing investments and look for new opportunities, Pullen told Proactive.

Ultimately, the plan is to take full control, he added.
