Insight Mining Experts and Peak Performance CEO Patience Mpofu speaks with Proactive’s Andrew Scott about the need for more women to enter STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Maths) and the barriers to entry when it comes to mining and society in general including racism, gender stereotypes and the lack of women in leadership positions.
