Prada has announced its acquisition of Versace in a landmark deal valued at €1.25 billion This agreement marks a significant moment in the luxury fashion sector uniting two of Italy’s most iconic brands under one roof The acquisition is seen as a strategic move for Prada which aims to enhance its portfolio through Versace’s distinctive aesthetic
