Reed’s reports second-quarter revenue of $13.7M due to strong demand across its product portfolio

Reed’s Inc. (NYSE:REED) CEO Norman Snyder tells Proactive’s Stephen Gunnion that Reed’s is America’s best-selling Ginger Beer brand and has been the leader and innovator in the ginger beer category for decades.

The company, which also owns the Virgil line of natural craft sodas, grew net revenue by 22% to $13.7 million for the three months ended June 30, 2022, due to strong demand across its product portfolio, Snyder told Proactive.

While costs were impacted by unprecedented inflation and supply chain bottlenecks, he said transportation costs began to decrease at the end of 2Q and he expects further improvements as the year progresses.
