XP Factory PLC chief executive Richard Harpham speaks to Proactive about the company’s strategy for future growth, following a period of rapid expansion since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. XP Factory operates experiential leisure brands Escape Hunt and Boom Battle Bar, both of which he said are continuing to “rapidly” add new sites.
Harpham believes that the two brands serve a common audience of 20-35 year-olds leisure customers, who are shifting away from “physical purchase” and into experiences.
Recent interim results suggested group revenues in excess £8mln for the six months ending June 30, 2022, up from £1.2mln the same period in 2021.
