London-based Prevalent AI has secured 16.1 million pounds in growth investment from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners. This marks the first primary capital raised by the firm, which provides AI-powered data fabric solutions to help enterprises securely operate and deploy artificial intelligence. The company was founded by alumni of GCHQ and focuses on transforming fragmented enterprise data into a sovereign knowledge graph.

The firm highlights that enterprises are expected to spend an estimated 240 billion dollars, or 176 billion pounds, on information security in 2026. However, Prevalent AI argues that much of this investment generates disconnected data rather than actionable insight. It notes that similar challenges are emerging in enterprise AI, citing a Gartner prediction that more than 40 per cent of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027 due to escalating costs and inadequate risk controls. The company states that reliable AI decisions require data that is clean, connected and continuously current.

Prevalent AI is currently solving these challenges for banks, telecommunications providers and insurers. The new funding will be used to scale its global go-to-market organisation and accelerate its expansion into the United States. The company also plans to deepen its leadership team and extend its services beyond cybersecurity into broader enterprise risk use cases. Paul Stokes, co-founder and CEO, stated that large enterprises face a shortage of context rather than tools or data. He explained that security teams must make decisions across thousands of systems that were never designed to work together. Stokes added that the investment allows the business to scale beyond cybersecurity into every enterprise function where decisions depend on connected, trusted data.
