Revolut Hires Former Chase UK Chief Kuba Fast to Accelerate European Banking Expansion

Banking2 months ago

Revolut has hired former Chase UK chief Kuba Fast to lead banking operations linked to its Lithuanian entity and support further European growth.

Revolut has recruited former Chase UK chief Kuba Fast to lead banking operations centred on its Lithuanian entity as the fintech group accelerates lending and expansion across Europe.

Kuba Fast, who previously led JPMorgan’s Chase UK digital-banking venture, will head Revolut’s banking operations in Lithuania. The entity is central to Revolut’s European lending business and supports activity across several EU markets.

The appointment comes as Revolut reorganises its European leadership and establishes a western European headquarters in Paris. Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier is set to lead that regional hub, while Fast will focus on banking operations in markets including Poland, Finland and the Netherlands.

The hire strengthens Revolut’s senior banking expertise at a time when it is moving beyond payments into regulated lending, deposits and broader retail-banking services. It also intensifies competitive pressure on incumbent banks and digital challengers across Europe.
